Microsoft 365 is a suite of office productivity tools which includes Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and a range of Cloud applications such as Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, etc.

Get Started

1. Sign in to Office

  1. 1.Go to Office.com and choose Sign in.
  2. 2.Type your Microsoft 365 email and password, then Sign in. Password is same as your PC / Windows login password

2. Download and install Microsoft Teams on my PC

  1. 1.Select the menu button, and then select Teams.
  2. 2.After Teams loads, select the settings menu in the upper-right corner, then select Download the desktop app.
  3. 3.Save and run the downloaded file.
  4. 4.Sign in with your Microsoft 365 email address and password.

3. Get Outlook on your phone

  1. 1.Get Outlook on your phone from App store or Google Play store. Open it, and choose Get Started and add your email and password.
  2. 2.Or, open Outlook on an iOS or Android device and go to Settings.
    Choose Add Account then Add Email Account then type your email and password.
  3. 3.On a Windows Phone, choose Settings, Email + accounts, Add an account, and then Exchange.

Frequently asked questions

All the email users, including shared email users under Kossan Group of Companies.

If you are using shared email, you and your team members are able to login and do the work in M365 at the same time.

2 types of licenses we signs up for Microsoft 365, business plan and exchange online.
To check the services that you're licensed to use :

  1. 1.go to Office.com and Sign in.
  2. 2.Select your name (or profile picture) from the upper-right corner, then select the link My Microsoft account
  3. 3.You're taken to the dashboard for your account and from the top navigation header on the dashboard, select Services & subscriptions.
  4. 4.This is where you can view all Microsoft products associated with your account.

  1. 1.go to Office.com and Sign in.
  2. 2.At the top of the page, select your name or profile picture, Click "My Microsoft 365 profile"
  3. 3.In the Change your photo dialog, select Upload a new photo.
  4. 4.Choose a photo to upload and select Apply.

You are advisable to change password periodically.

If the hardware you run today runs Windows 7 Pro or later, it likely meets the minimum requirements for Microsoft 365.
