You may add resources calendar for monitoring availability purpose
Everyone can add resources calendar into their Outlook calendar for availability monitoring purpose. You may refer below steps:
Open your outlook apps from your PC’s or Laptop. Then click on your outlook calendar. .
Right click on My Calendars, then choose Add Calendar and then choose From Room List.
Double click on the Meeting Room calendar you want to add. Then click button OK.
Meeting room calendar will display in your calendar list.
