Add an email account
In the windows search, type "Control Panel.".
Open Control Panel and select Mail (Microsoft Outlook).
In Mail setup screen, click on Show Profiles.
Click on Add....
In the New Profile screen, enter O365 in the Profile Name field, and click OK.
In the Add Account screen, enter your name, email address, and password, and select Next.
If prompted, enter your password and select OK.
Select Finish.
Change the Always use this profile to the new profile that created and click OK.
Open outlook and it will setup automatically for new profile. You should able to see your new exchange account.
Open Outlook and select File > Add Account.
Enter your name, email address, and password, and select Next.
